Website terms of use
These terms cover using the site and your account. Prize draws have their own Official Rules.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
The Site is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], trading as WinFling.
By using the Site you accept these terms. Prize draws are also governed by the Prize Draw Official Rules. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.
Who the Site is for
The Site is intended for users in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) who are 18 or over. You must not use the Site if you are under 18.
Accounts
You can browse and, for prize draws, enter as a guest. If you create an account you must keep your login details confidential and give us accurate information. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms or the Official Rules.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (including text, images, logos and layout) belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with it, submit false information, or use automated means to enter prize draws except where we expressly allow it.
Changes
We may change the Site or these terms. The version published on this page applies from the “last updated” date. Prize draw rules in force at the time you enter that draw continue to apply to that entry.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. For other loss arising from use of the Site (not from a prize draw, which is covered by the Official Rules), we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable or that was caused by your breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
