You can enter online by choosing a prize draw, selecting how many entries you want, and completing checkout — or you can enter free by post. No purchase is necessary. One postcard is one entry, with the same chance of winning as one paid ticket. Full instructions are on the Postal entry page.

Yes. Every prize draw has a free postal route. Send a postcard or letter with the details listed on the Postal entry page. We must receive it by 17:00 UK time on the original closing date. If online tickets reach that draw’s paid maximum first (shown on the competition page), checkout closes but postal entries stay open until that original date.

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter. Full eligibility is in the Prize Draw Official Rules.

Each prize draw has a published closing date. Paid online entries close on that date, or when the paid maximum shown on that competition page has been allocated, whichever is sooner. That maximum can differ from draw to draw. Postal entries always stay open until the original closing date (received by 17:00 UK time). The draw takes place after the postal cut-off.

You can purchase entries up to the number of paid tickets still available for that draw. The paid maximum is shown on the competition page and can differ between prize draws. Postal entries are not limited by that paid cap — they are added to the same draw even after online checkout has closed.

Your ticket numbers are displayed on the confirmation page immediately after purchase and also sent in your confirmation email. If you have an account, you can view them in your account dashboard.

A confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it. Make sure to add our email address as a safe sender.

As stated in the Prize Draw Official Rules, paid entry fees are not refunded after ticket numbers have been allocated, except where we cancel a draw or the law requires a refund.

On the competition page, enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field before proceeding to checkout. The discount will be applied to your total automatically.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Winners are drawn at random using a verified random number generator on the date specified on the competition page. The process is fully auditable and provides a preserved record of the result.

Yes. There will always be a guaranteed winner drawn for every competition we run, regardless of how many tickets are sold.

Winners are contacted directly via email and phone (if provided). We will also announce winners on our social media channels. Make sure your contact details are up to date.

There is one prize. Each eligible entry — paid or postal — has an equal chance. The odds are 1 in however many eligible entries we have at the draw. That may be fewer than the paid maximum on the competition page if the closing date arrives first, or slightly more than that maximum if postal entries arrive after online checkout has closed.

The draw still takes place on the scheduled date. A winner is drawn from all eligible paid and postal entries. We guarantee a winner on every prize draw.

Where a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated on the competition page. The winner can choose either the prize or the cash alternative — not both.

All draws use a software-driven random number generator that is verifiably random and produces an auditable, preserved record of the result. Paid and postal tickets are drawn from the same pool. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

We announce all winners on our website and social media channels after each draw. Previous winners are listed on our site for full transparency.

Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g. a photo with the prize), but this is never a condition of receiving the prize.

No — you can enter online as a guest, or by post without an account. Creating a free account lets you view paid entries and ticket numbers. Postal entries are confirmed by email to the address on the card.
